These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of any early concepts, prototypes, materials, communications, or builds (“Materials”) shared as part of the Ultimate Farmer project, currently under pre-development by the project creator(s) (“We”, “Us”, or “Ultimate Farmer”).

By accessing, downloading, testing, reviewing, or engaging with any part of the project, you (“You” or “User”) agree to the terms set out below.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Ultimate Farmer, including but not limited to code, artwork, designs, gameplay mechanics, names, logos, and any related materials, remain the exclusive property of the creators of Ultimate Farmer.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable licence to access and review Materials for feedback and testing purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the project without written permission.

2. No Commercial Use

You may not use any part of Ultimate Farmer or its Materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, monetised content, branding, or promotion of unrelated products or services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Feedback and Submissions

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be freely used by Ultimate Farmer without compensation, obligation, or credit. By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, or implement your ideas within the project.

4. No Guarantees

The Ultimate Farmer project is in pre-development and provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding performance, accuracy, stability, completeness, or future availability.

We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the project without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of any part of the Ultimate Farmer project.

This includes, without limitation, damage to hardware, software, data loss, or any other disruption resulting from access to early builds or materials.

Use at your own risk.

6. Confidentiality

If you are given access to non-public builds, documents, or discussions, you agree to keep such materials confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not share screenshots, files, or internal communications without written approval.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of any part of the Ultimate Farmer project following changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
